Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Talstor Technologies (“we”, “us”) and the business or person who creates a TimeHub account (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account or using TimeHub you agree to them. If you use TimeHub for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. The service

TimeHub is online software for scheduling, time clocks, timesheets, time off, team messages, documents and related tools. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important that you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Accounts and your team

  • Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
  • You decide who in your business gets access and what they can do. You're responsible for what happens under your business's accounts.
  • People you add (employees, managers) use TimeHub under your account. You're responsible for giving them any notices your law requires, for example before turning on location checks at clock-in.
  • You must be at least 18 to create an account. Employers are responsible for following the rules on employing minors.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

  • New businesses get a 7-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed. When it ends without a paid plan, the business moves to the Free plan (up to 5 active employees).
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, every 6 months or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy and exclude any taxes that apply.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for partial periods. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll look at it fairly.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know. We may limit paid features while it's overdue, but we won't delete your data for that reason without notice.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your data

  • Your business's data (people, schedules, time records, documents, messages) belongs to you. We use it only to provide and support TimeHub, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You're responsible for having the right to put that data into TimeHub and for its accuracy.
  • You can export reports and payroll files at any time. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your business's data; we'll do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law or in backups that expire on their normal schedule.
  • Talstor support staff can only enter your workspace if you allow it in Settings → Talstor support, for the time you choose. Their actions are recorded in your audit log.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TimeHub to:

  • break the law, including employment, wage, privacy and anti-discrimination laws;
  • upload malware, or content that is illegal, harassing or infringes others' rights;
  • try to get into other businesses' data, test our security without our written permission, or overload the service;
  • resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend accounts that do these things. Where we can, we'll warn you first.

6. Pay, payroll, breaks and the law

TimeHub records hours, calculates overtime from the settings you choose, and can show labor cost estimates, break and overtime alerts and time-off balances. These are tools, not legal or payroll advice. You remain responsible for paying people correctly, for meal and rest breaks, overtime, time-off and record-keeping rules, and for checking the hours you send to payroll. Alert packs are based on common state rules and may not cover your industry, location or recent changes.

7. Other services

Some features use other companies' services, such as Stripe for payments, an email provider for notifications, and QuickBooks or Gusto if you connect them. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We aren't responsible for their services.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep TimeHub available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Support is available through the Help page in TimeHub.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using TimeHub and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering TimeHub, in which case we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and time to export your data.

10. Disclaimers

Except as these terms say, TimeHub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or meet every requirement you have.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to TimeHub is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You'll defend and compensate us for claims by third parties (including your employees) arising from your data, your employment practices, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use TimeHub after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, we'll both try in good faith to resolve any dispute by talking first.
